Vancouver BC Realty.Com Ltd. (RMD) is soliciting for investors in order to raise $3M for 30% of the company to expand its Realtor Lead Generation Platform to all over BC and to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico areas.
This is a common strategic step as we further our plans to become a publicly listed company down the road.
In the last two years, we partnered up with the Fisherly Sales Data Platform and launched www.bccondosandhomes.com This new web site has tons of additional features and analytics that we give the consumer. These features are not available on the striped down Fisherly Platform.
The goal is to be the Number one player all over BC in the Lead Gen space. We currently get 8,000 unique visitors per day and 200-300 sign ups per day. Once signed up, we track the Buyers and Sellers using Intercom.

Who We Are
RMD was born on a 10-year foundation of great success with revenues averaging $750,000 to $1,000,000 per year in gross revenues in the last 5 years.
RMD is now expanding and increasing the lead generating services by adding 900,000 detached houses and 600,000 individual condo units into the mix. Plus, we will add 500,000 properties that we have for Alberta. Once fully launched, the new website will be called “bccondosandhomes.com” (expected launch date will be sometime in the first quarter 2021).
Lead Generation
RMD Lead Generation System [Online Platform] is doing great at the moment by getting 7,000 – 8,000 unique visitors per day and 200-300 internet sign-ups per day with verified names, addresses and phone numbers. The conversion rate averages around 3 to 4%, which is triple compared to other platforms.
Sales Team
RMD and BC Condos Marketing Inc. sales department is taking advantage of the Surplus Leads that have been generated (115,000+ since the December 2019 launch). RMD will have an on-going hiring campaign to hire realtors to address of these surplus leads as need be. As of Oct 2022, we have 13realtors working the leads.

What We Will Do
1. BC Condos and Homes will add another 13,000 buildings that are located in the rest of BC to our current complement 12,000 buildings. Plus, we are adding Alberta to the mix.
2. Realty Mega Data will rebrand the current existing nine websites and upgrade them to 2022 responsive design formats (mobile friendly). At the moment we only have www.bccondosandhomes.com web site that is truly “Mobile Friendly”
3. RMD will convert existing 33,000 MLS listings in BC into 30 second videos and post them on YouTube (world’s second largest search engine).
4. RMD will create 350 Community Pages showing school catchments, MLS boundaries, listings, solds, restaurants, gas stations, etc.
5. RMD will upload 1,500,000 residential records to Google broken down by 900,000 houses and 600,000 individual condo records.
6. RMD will upload our proprietary list of 7,000 purpose built rental buildings (in the Lower Mainland) to Google. At the moment there are two main competitors that control 60% of the 120-140 Apartment Building sales per year (Goodman Report and JLL) We want to capture part of that market share by uploading our data.
